the youth camp

We had our summer youth camp last May 30, 2008 at BAMBOO GARDEN RESORT (New Bataan).
We came to the place late in the afternoon. We were all excited to swim but we can’t take the coldness of the pool. Since we were all tired from our long trip, we decided to eat our dinner with just one lamp on. Why? It so happen that there’s no electricity supply when we arrived. During the night, we had our seminar facilitated by our youth pastor - Dwight. After the spiritual sharing, we were designated to the rooms of our cute cottage where we could sleep.
Early in the next morning, I and my younger sister were the one who swam first into the pool. Then after we had our breakfast, we started to make our games. The first game was a treasure haunting. Followed by unique game (I don’t how it is called) but just take a look at the pictures below. Hehehe..
It was very funny and it turned out nobody won because the other group didn’t follow the instruction properly.
The next game was having the longest line. Everyone cooperated but nobody stayed long at the pool because it’s too cold. We still enjoyed the games though there are no big prizes for the winner.
After we played, we prepared our lunch, took some rest, eat - then rest again and finally pack up our things ready for home.
We are all blessed and enjoyed with our youth camp. Though it was very simple, no preparations made, but it was very meaningful. We are also happy that we gained friends and made bondings to each other.
