Yesterday, I and my sister went to the mall to buy my school shoes and her other school requirements. It was rainy day so we both bring our own umbrellas. After I’ve finally chosen my shoes, I treated my younger sister to eat at McDonalds. I just let her know the taste of their new upshake fries. And I’m happy to know that she liked it so much. I am so glad that on my second day in Davao, I unexpectedly meet my childhood friends. We knew each other since we were still 10 years old. And it’s so cool that we’re now all teenagers - beautiful young ladies.

Hi guys! Finally, I’m back. It has been a month that I haven’t made my new entries. Now, I have so many things to share and hopefully I can recall everything. Currently, I’m no longer staying in Cebu City but I am now in Davao. Davao City is where I really grew up. I’m happy that I’m back because I’m with my family and old friends again. This early morning, I watched the t.v show “Maayong Buntag Kapamilya.” One of the current issues they reported was about the effects to people who stay long in front of the television and computer. The guest optometrist explained how it would affect our eyes and she also gave some healthy tips to the viewers.

There are more females who experience hair loss than those of males. One reason why we experience hair loss is due to stress. Whether it is physical and mental or emotional stress, if it is too much, it can cause hair loss. Usually it occurs three months after the stressful event has occurred. For the hair growth to resume, it may take three months also after the stress period has ended.
